Office moving in Sofia starts from 160 EUR for a small office (up to 10 desks). Medium offices are quoted individually. Price includes van + driver + insurance. VAT invoice available.

Weekend office moves are the most popular option because they mean zero business downtime. We complete the move on Saturday or Sunday so your team walks into the new office on Monday morning without any interruption to the work week.
Can you handle servers and IT equipment?▾
We transport IT equipment, servers, monitors and office electronics carefully in our insured vans. We recommend that your IT team disconnects and packages sensitive electronics, but we handle transport with maximum care including straps and moving blankets.
How long does an office move take?▾
A small office (5–10 desks) typically takes 4–6 hours including loading, transport and unloading. A medium office (15–25 desks) usually takes a full day. We give you a time estimate when we send your quote.
Do you provide VAT invoice for office moves?▾
Yes. VAT invoice (with ДДС) is available for all office and business moves. We are a registered Bulgarian company. Please mention the invoice requirement when booking so we prepare it in advance.
Can you move the office in stages?▾
