2. Minimum Requirements
- Valid national ID or passport
- Driving licence: category B — for light commercial vehicles
3. Signing the Contract
Before the rental, a Rental Agreement is signed, accompanied by:
- A copy of your ID/passport
- A copy of your driving licence
When the vehicle is handed over, a handover protocol is signed describing:
- The condition of the vehicle
- Documents, fuel level, accessories, etc. present
4. Cleaning the Vehicle
The vehicle must be returned washed and clean.
If this is not possible:
- Cleaning fee: according to current vehicle cleaning rates.
5. Renter's Responsibilities
The renter agrees to:
- Use the vehicle with the care of a reasonable owner
- Not transfer control to other persons without the lessor's consent
- Not drive the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Not overload the vehicle beyond the contracted limit
- Not carry out unauthorised repairs
- Not leave documents or keys in the vehicle, especially when parked
- Notify the lessor immediately of any technical faults, accidents or break-ins
6. Prohibited Uses
The renter may not use the vehicle for:
- Smuggling of goods, weapons or people
- Transport of cargo prohibited by law
- Driving by unlicensed or unauthorised persons
- Participation in events involving public disorder or dangerous conduct
- Off-road driving
7. Administrative Penalties
The renter is fully liable for:
- Fines and penalties incurred during use
- Loss, damage or theft of:
- Exterior/interior parts
- Documents, licence plates, keys
- Accessories: CD player, antenna, mirrors, wipers, etc.
In the event of damage or theft without:
- A traffic police report
- A police report
- Notification of the lessor
→ The renter is liable for the full value of the damage!
8. Returning the Vehicle
The vehicle must be returned:
- At the agreed location
- On the agreed date and time
- In the condition it was received
