Varna is Bulgaria's sea capital and the gateway to the northern Black Sea coast — Golden Sands, St Constantine and Helena, Albena, Kranevo, Balchik, Kavarna and Shabla. It is the longest domestic coastal route from Sofia, which is exactly why a private transfer makes the most sense: no changing at bus stations, no waiting for a train, and no driving 450 km yourself after a working day.
We use a 9-seat van (up to 8 passengers) with a dedicated luggage area; for groups with many suitcases we add a trailer. You leave when it suits you, we stop for a break halfway, and we drop you straight at your hotel or apartment.

The Sofia to Varna road
There are two main route options and the driver picks the faster one depending on the season and current roadworks:
- Via the Hemus motorway — where it is finished, this is the most direct path across northern Bulgaria. Between the completed sections you drive on road I-4 through Botevgrad, Sevlievo and Shumen.
- Via the Trakia motorway — motorway to Stara Zagora and Karnobat, then north on road I-7 through Provadia to Varna. Longer in kilometres, but full motorway as far as Karnobat.
